What we need from you


Pictures of your products
Digital files and/or photographs are accepted. Please be sure to send the highest resolution digital files and/or best quality photos available.  If we determine that your files or photos will not print well, we will let you know before starting your design. Digital files can be emailed or copied to disc and mailed.

Your copy, headlines and descriptions
Because you are most familiar with the unique qualities of your products, please provide as much information as you can. Text can be typed and emailed; either a Word document or simple email form is fine. If you are mailing or faxing text copy, please have it typed to avoid misinterpretation.


A general idea on how you want things arranged
Let us know if you prefer a certain style, font, or color scheme. If you are not sure what you want, we will offer creative suggestions. We have a large in-house library of stock images and backgrounds that can be incorporated into your design as well.

 

A few important questions to consider

How will you distribute your literature? Who is your target audience? What is your image? Does your literature communicate the unique features of your work?

We understand that well designed promotional materials are more than just visually appealing; they must also effectively communicate your message to your target customer.



How it works

After we discuss your project and have all the necessary information from you, we will create your design.

When your design is finished, we will email you a JPEG or PDF proof for review. You will need Adobe Reader in order to view a PDF file. If you do not already have Reader, it is available for download for free from Adobe.



If you prefer, we can email you a link to a private web page showing your design.

If you are happy with the proof, please respond stating that you accept the design. If you wish to make changes, please contact us to discuss them. We will make the necessary changes and provide a new proof.

Once the design is finished, we are ready to get your job printed.  If you are having the design printed by another commercial printer we will email you the file or will send you a disc. Please read our outside printing page if you are choosing this option.



Lead Time
The time for us to create your design will depend on many factors including, the complexity of your project, the number of revisions, and our current workload. You will be given an estimated lead time before we begin the design. If you have a deadline, please let us know. Every effort will made to meet your deadline. If we feel that we can not meet your deadline, you will told upfront  - before any work is done.

 

Once the design is complete, printing normally takes 10 - 14 business days. Depending on where you are, allow an additional 1 - 6 days for transit time. Again, if we feel that we can not meet your deadline, you will told upfront.

Shipping
All orders are shipped FOB factory - freight is not included. Please contact us  for a freight rate. We charge you our actual shipping cost - we do not make a profit on shipping. Orders are shipped by UPS ground or Parcel Post. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.

 

Terms
Before we begin your design, a 25% deposit is required. We guarantee that you will be happy with our design work! If you are not satisfied with your design, we will refund your deposit in full and the design will remain the property of Plum River Marketing.

Upon acceptance of the final proof, the remaining balance will be due. All printing costs must be paid in full prior to production. We accept Visa / Master Card, checks and money orders. For your protection, please do not email your credit card information.

Privacy Policy
We respect your right to privacy. Information collected is used only to process sample requests and orders. We do not share, sell or distribute your information.
